The idea of Workout Wednesday is doing the same workout together while seeing each other on video!
Week 5 will be a core workout of half an hour, including warm-up and some stretching. You can tune the difficulty by changing the ratio of work to rest, so it is ACCESSIBLE FOR ALL LEVELS! I will be demonstrating the exercises, cheer you on and keep track of the time! This event is open for both the JCR and MCR and SCR! Let’s stay active and stay in touch during lockdown 2🙂!
You will only need a mat to lie on, do sit-ups etc!
