Incoming Freshers for 2021-22
Hello everyone and welcome to Magdalen MCR! I am Sally and I will be the Freshers’ Rep for the 2021/2022 academic year. I am responsible for preparing for your arrival in Oxford and for planning and co-ordinating Freshers’ week, which will be held at the start of Michaelmas term!
Originally from Bath, UK, I studied at the University of Manchester, UK, and graduated in 2020 with an MPhys degree in Physics with Philosophy. During this time, I was able to study abroad and spent a year at North Carolina State University, USA. In October 2020, I moved to Oxford and I am currently completing the first year of a DPhil in Condensed Matter Physics.
